What we collect. If you request a report, we store the website address, email, and optional WhatsApp number you give us, so we can deliver the report and reply if you write to us. That is the purpose, and the only purpose.

What we do not do. These pages load no third-party advertising or tracking scripts by default. We do not sell or share your details. Report pages made for a specific business are private links, hidden from search engines.

Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies (for example, to keep the site working and remember your cookie choices). Our own consent manager, running on our own infrastructure, records what you allow. Nothing optional runs unless you say yes.

What we measure. When a report page or a report file was made for a specific business, we record when it is opened, so we know the message reached you and can follow up at a sensible time. That is a simple count and a timestamp on our own infrastructure, tied to your private link. No third-party analytics, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.

Where things live. The site runs on Cloudflare. Report files are stored on Cloudflare storage. Form submissions are stored in our own database, not with a third-party marketing tool.

Your choices. Write to contact@brevibot.com to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. One email is enough.
