Who handles your information
BreviBot is an international AI, automation, and website company led by Sergiu Butnaru. BreviBot is responsible for information collected through iwantmyreport.com. You can reach us at contact@brevibot.com.
What we collect
When you request a report, we collect the website address, email address, optional WhatsApp number, how you reached this page, the consent wording shown when you submitted, the submission time, IP address, browser user agent, and the status of the request. We also use a hidden anti-spam field and Cloudflare Turnstile when configured.
Why we use it
We use this information to scan the website, deliver the report you requested, keep a record of that request, answer questions about the findings, prevent abuse, and discuss website work if you want to continue the conversation. We do not use the request for unrelated bulk marketing.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed through Cloudflare infrastructure. BreviBot team members who need the information to prepare or deliver your report can access it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep the request and consent record while we deliver and discuss the report, and for a reasonable period afterward for security, record-keeping, and legal purposes. We review old requests and delete information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can stop follow-up at any time by replying “no” or “unsubscribe” to a message. You can ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@brevibot.com. We will respond and may need to verify that the request is yours.
International visitors
BreviBot works internationally and serves businesses in the United States and elsewhere. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Cloudflare provides the infrastructure used for the form and database.
Questions or complaints
Email contact@brevibot.com. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country if you believe your rights have not been respected.
